New Forest Show - Can you help at the Transition Stall?

Help needed at Transition Stall at Show

The lovely people at in the New Forest Produce area of the New Forest Show have generously
given us (New Forest Transition) a free stall. And Ian Nelson
(Sunnyfields Farm and all round local food star) has allocated us some
extra complimentary tickets so that we can have enough people to run it!

Can you spare a few hours on 27, 28 or 29 July....?

The stall will carry information about Transition in general and what we are up to in the New Forest. Visitors will be able to calculate their Carbon Foodprint and we'd like to operate a Human Fruit
Machine (yes really). It works by having three people with aprons on,
in the pockets of which are three pieces of fruit. To play, at a given
signal a piece of fruit is withdrawn by each of the apron wearers, and
if they match then the player wins a prize....

We will have some New Forest Marque produce to give away as prizes and
maybe some other items too. So if you can help with this and be on the
stand please reply to this post. We are particularly looking for a
couple of people each day for the hours of 10-3 and 8.30-1pm on the
Thursday (29th).

Thank you very much

Sorry I missed you, (and was involved with the Church tent). Good that you have a stall - in the obvious place really. Not sure how I managed to miss you? !

Sue, we're on a stall in the Hampshire and New Forest Food Experience area (which basically runs up the side of the field parallel to the A337 main road). The tent is green and white stripe and we are in the corner next to the larger, white demonstration tent.
Hope everyone else managed to find us?

We like cheese!

I tried the cheese from the Fernhill Cheese Company and went back for more! Soft, creamy and fresh, the children liked it too. Worth stopping at their stall at Lymington Saturday Market just opposite St Thoma's Church.
