Forest Festival Needs a couple of Demo Cooks
On the Saturday 24th September, there is an apple day at Minstead Studay Centre, as part of the New Forest Festival.
Sunnyfields Organic Farm is providing us with a demo food kitchen, and we would like to invite about 5 people to do a 40-45’ food demo with a local or ‘re-skilling’ theme.
Viv (East) has kindly offered to organise the demos. Kathy cook has volunteered to do one or two slots, her specialty is making yoghurt and butter.
Would anyone else from the Food Challenge like to do a 40 minute demo?

I'll happily do a 40 minute slot - Is Ian supplying sunnyfield veg again aswell as his marvellous kitchen ? if so let me know so I can include them in the dishes
