What's for Breakfast?

I'm finding breakfast the hardest thing to source locally. If we have cooked breakfast, say eggs on toast, that's fine - eggs from our chicks & home made bread. If we're in a bit of a rush (quite often), it's back to cereals - I enjoy muesli, but him indoors is a definite weetabix or Shredded Wheat kind of guy. Local Flour

Does anybody know where we can buy local flour for breadmaking. I make bread every week and normally buy either Wessex flour (from Danestream farm shop) or Leckford flour from Waitrose, but would love something more local if it is available. I believe Eling Tide Mill sell flour, but do they have any outlets apart from having to travel all the way to them from Barton on Sea.
