Have you heard about Future Farms?
Its a project based in the village of Martin, in the North of the Forest. I have just cut this from their website -

I switched on the TV the other night to watch QI but found that another programme had taken its place. Julien Temple's documentary on the growth, decay and rebirth of Detroit (Requiem for Detroit?) was on instead. I wasn't sure whether to keep watching at first but I soon found myself hooked. Certainly more than 'quite interesting' (QI)!
The film charted the rapid rise of the city as the motor industry made Detroit its home and attracted thousands of people to work in the factories.…Continue
