Hi all,
I was about to Freecycle a Bodum chopping board, however thought there might be some interested on this forum amongst all the foodies.
Its quite hefty (5000g brand / label on the side gives it away): 27cm x 27cm square, and 10cm deep ... almost butcher block size in fact.
Please contact me if you want photos, if I dont hear anything in a couple of days I will Freecycle through normal routes.

What's wrong with using microwaves?
I came across a very interesting and alarming piece about the potential impact of using microwaves for food preparation. It really made me think.
I'm no scientist and so cannot really comment on the detail related to health but the effect on the plant that was tested is clear enough.
