I am delighted to announce that Spice ‘n’ Easy has been nominated in this year’s Hampshire Life Food & Drink Awards and I am hoping to make it on to the short list of finalists. To help in this endeavour I would be most grateful if you would add your voice to the nominations received so far. This takes a little time but if you enjoy Spice ‘n’ Easy produce and can find a moment it would be much appreciated;

No previous formal catering experience…

I popped into Lymington yesterday, and dropped by the Greengrocer in Angel Court. Natasha has only had the business since August this year, and has a good range of fruit and veg - all clearly marked where it has been grown.
I spoke to Natasha for a while and she is keen to promote local food:

Hi Sarah - don't know if you've noticed but there's now a 'copy event' facility - allows you to repeat similar events easily (just change the dates) - select from the drop down menu under 'options' when looking at the event you want to copy

Thanks Sarah - all info/thoughts welcome.
Best info is that from people in the know! I like to gather as much as possible and then see what we've got!
Well...we are filming in october, and I would love to do a vineyard at harvest - passionate vineyard owner and great rural location is a must! Would love to cover picking, bottling etc. Details more than welcome!
Thanks Sarah have tried to get in touch with Sarah R but no luck at the moment!
Will follow up your suggestions - so thank you very much for those.

Thanks Sarah for the welcome.
I work on an itv1 programme named Countrywise Kitchen - google us! - and just started work on the next series. Basically its a show about championing local food in different areas of the UK - and looking into doing one of the shows about food from the New Forest. Looking for great producers (and talkers!) in great areas with great produce - either raw or taken and put into something else (preserves and the like for example)
Any great producers you'd may know of do please drop me a line.
All the bst
Ian
