Hi All,
I am really excited to have started my own catering/baking business based in the New Forest. i have created the company after being disillusioned with below par bakery products/catering from large chains. I wanted to create something that offers home baked produce and catering to our local area using ingredients that can be traced back to the New Forest. We also want to ensure that our products are fair priced and affordable for all.
So far I have succeded in…

Rachel, Hi
I am not sure you have my home email. duncan dot sarah at virgin dot net
I spoke to the treasurer today too, so if you have your acc details on your invoice he can put it straight in your acc or send you a cheque, this week.
Many thanks for all the lovely food, everyone commented on how fresh, tasty and lovely it looked.
speak soon,
Sarah x
Rachel, Hi
re: cakes
I think you said we would probably need 4 cakes for 40 people so may be keep the 2 carrot cakes, 1 guiness chocoate and 1 just chocolate - vegan. But whatever is good for you? Please don't worry too much.
Thanks for all your help
Sarah
Rachel, Hi
Thank you for your group lunch quote.
Everyone was very pleased with it, the only comment being could we have a few tubs of humous for those who don't eat cheese?
We also wouldn't need any disposable cutlery, plates or napkins.
As I said last week, I can pick up the food on my way through, which will probably be around 9.45am on Sat 14th Jan. Is that time ok?
Many thanks
Sarah
Hi Rachel,
glad you liked the bread. I think it easiest if I charge by the kilo - since each loaf is likely to vary slightly. Price would be £2.90 per kilo. Not sure how much the loaf I gave you weighed - maybe 1.5 kg. When is the Food Transition event you are talking about?

OK, great.
Speak soon,
Sarah
Rachel, hi
Just wondering if you had any news on the quote for food at our AGM in January?
We have a meeting on Monday next week - 19th - and it would be good to have a cost by then, if that helps?
Many thanks
Sarah
Hi Rosie
yes I saw you a bit earlier this evening as I passed. Good luck with getting it going. Will call in at the weekend.
Patrick
Hi Rosie
am looking forward to the opening of your bakery. Have you had any luck finding a local baker? I am a home baker and have been baking bread, including sourdough rye, for many years, have been on courses etc. If you would like someone to supply you with a good sourdough rye bread, I might be interested. Let's speak. I live in brockenhurst. 01590 623052. Patrick

I tried the cheese from the Fernhill Cheese Company and went back for more! Soft, creamy and fresh, the children liked it too. Worth stopping at their stall at Lymington Saturday Market just opposite St Thoma's Church.
