- Why do you think local food production is important?
- It's fresh, high quality, much of it is unique and it's very good. Small production of tradtionally produced food contains a higher 'food value', ie more vitamins and minerals, then factory type production. So it's better for you too.

The Food Challenge have booked a stall at the New Forest Spring Fair on Sunday 5th May.
