eat local, grow local
Catered will be launching a new campaign in the coming weeks, entitled "Feed Me for a Fiver".
We currently source as much of our produce from the local area as possible (our application to the New Forest Marque and Hampshire Fare are being sent tonight!). We take the fresh local produce and turn it into ready-to-cook dinners. Everything you need, in one bag, ready to cook.
There's lots of exciting elements to the campaign coming shortly which I will keep you all in the loop with but hopefully we can add an exciting new dimension to the way we all shop.
If your interested in more information, feel free to post onto this thread, find me on Facebook or Twitter, or send me a direct email to andy@catered-uk.co.uk
You'll be hearing A LOT more from me, this is only the beginning...

Healthy Five a Day for a Fiver -
or 5 for Fiver?
Everything you need for a meal that contains your full daily quota, 5 portions of fruit and veg. Not that difficult
EG Apricot(1), (veg) Haggis/sausage (2) and red onion(3) tart with peas(4), carrots(5), and brocolli (6)
Permalink Reply by Catered. on February 27, 2012 at 14:01 Within the campaign there will be 10 meat dishes and 10 vegan and vegetarian dishes every week available to order all within the £5 category. Obviously if people wanted a more bespoke list then that can be done too although the cost per meal may vary upward or perhaps even downward.
I do like the idea though of a "5-a-day meal for a Fiver" though, I will try and make sure that at least 3 of your 5-a-day is incorporated into all our dinners though. Then the other two we can do in our lunch packs :)
