'GREEN SPACE' is a partnership project between The EDGE project and ArtSway to create a 'growing space' as an interactive educational project for both young people and local residents; promoting both community cohesion, and the importance of self-sufficiency and green movements.
This is the first stage of the project and there will be further opportunities early next year to be part of 'GREEN SPACE's' development.
To prepare for ...the Community Allotment that will be held on ArtSway's grounds, The EDGE project and ArtSway would like to invite you to help clear the site, on the 20th November; 8am til 4pm
We will work together to cut back the brambles that have inhabited the area ready for raised beds that will be installed early next year.
Meet at the front of ArtSway. If you have any heavy duty gloves please bring them and wear old clothes!
We are encouraging a bring and share lunch as part of this event. If you feel obliged please bring something for lunch to share with the group.
See you in the garden for hard work, good food, and great conversation!
